Ricalkata Tìade Nero d'Avola from Sicily is a 100% Nero d'Avola dry red wine. It presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, blackberry, and cherry, enriched with spicy hints of black pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is full, soft, and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a persistent, fruity finish. The alcohol content is 13.5% vol. It pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses, and savory pasta dishes. Serve between 16-18 °C in a large glass. Aged briefly in steel and then bottled, following winemaking with skin maceration.
