Quota 101 Fior d'Arancio is an excellent sweet sparkling wine from Veneto, made from Moscato Giallo grapes. Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, aromatic bouquet of citrus, orange blossom, sage, and peach. Sweet, fresh, and balanced on the palate, 6-7% vol. Ideal for desserts and aperitifs, served at 6-8°C in a flute. Vinified with soft pressing and Charmat fermentation in an autoclave.
