Pupillo's Pollio Moscato di Siracusa is a natural sweet white wine from Sicily. Made from Moscato Bianco (Zibibbo) grapes, it presents a brilliant golden yellow color. The aroma is intense, with floral notes of orange blossoms and jasmine, and fruity hints of peach and apricot, enriched by citrus and honeyed nuances. On the palate, it is sweet but well-balanced by lively acidity, fresh, and persistent, with references to ripe fruit and candied citrus. The alcohol content is 12.5% vol. It is ideal served at 10-12°C, in a dessert wine glass. Perfect with desserts, dry pastries, or as a meditation wine. Aged in steel to preserve its freshness and aromaticity.
