Provveditore di Bargagli is an excellent still, dry white wine produced in Liguria from 100% Ansonaca grapes. It has a straw yellow color and an intense aroma of flowers and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and persistent, with an alcohol content of 12.5% Vol. Ideal at 8-10℃ with fish dishes.
