Possa Brio d'Amour Sparkling Rosé is a vibrant expression of Liguria. Made with indigenous varieties like Rossese, it presents a pale pink color and fine perlage. The nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of small red berries and citrus. On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and well-balanced, with excellent savoriness. Vinified using the Charmat method and briefly aged in steel, it is the perfect aperitif or an ideal companion for light seafood dishes, served at 6-8°C.
