Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, clear and consistent.
Bouquet
Broad and elegant, notes of ripe red fruits, violet, tobacco, leather, sweet spices, and undergrowth. Complex and persistent.
Taste
Structured, deep, and harmonious. Noble, well-integrated tannins, long finish with balsamic and tertiary hints. Great balance.

Type of glass
Large tasting glasses, such as Burgundy or Gran Cru. Allows ample oxygenation and aroma development.

Refinement
Long aging in large Slavonian oak barrels (approx. 48 months), followed by bottle rest (at least 6 months). Minimum 6 years from harvest.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and long maceration on the skins. Temperature control.
