Podere Casina's Morellino Di Scansano Bio is a Tuscan DOCG, mainly Sangiovese. Intense ruby red, it offers aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it's fresh, balanced, and persistent, with soft tannins. Aged in steel, it pairs splendidly with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
