Aedo Vermentino by Pascale Francesca is an excellent Sardinian white wine from the Sardinia region. Produced exclusively from Vermentino grapes, it displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense, floral, and citrusy, with hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is fresh, sapid, and well-structured, with balanced acidity and a persistent, slightly almond-like finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., it is ideal with seafood and fish. It is vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and briefly aged on fine lees to enhance its freshness and aromatic complexity, best enjoyed young at 8-10℃.
