Minimum 18 months in oak barrels, followed by a long bottle aging period, for a total of at least 38 months before release.
Vinification
Maceration on the skins for 15-20 days at controlled temperature (28-30°C), alcoholic fermentation, and subsequent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
