The Casanuova di Nittardi Chianti Classico is a valuable dry red PDO wine from Tuscany, Italy. Primarily produced from Sangiovese grapes, it presents an intense ruby red color. The nose offers complex aromas of cherry, sour cherry, and violet, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with silky tannins and a persistent finish. It ages in oak barrels for 12-14 months and is ideal with red meats. Serve at 16°C-18°C.
