Nervi Gattinara, a Piedmontese Nebbiolo (Spanna), shows an intense garnet red color. The nose offers dried flowers, rose, violet, and spices. Austere taste, fine tannins, elegant, persistent, with red fruits and balsamic notes. Aged 35 months (24 in oak). Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
