Taste:
On the nose, it displays perfumes of ripe fruits, such as plums, cherries, redcurrants, blackbarries and spices and chocolate on the end.
Aroma:
On the palate, it echoes the sensation offered on the nose: very rich in extract, structured, extremely persistent, balanced and elegance. Saustò Valpolicella Ripasso may be considered as their Amarone's young brother, it is one of the wines which conquer you with the first sip.
