Manincor Mason Pinot Noir is an exceptional red wine from Alto Adige, made from Pinot Noir grapes. With a light ruby red color, it offers aromas of red fruits, spices, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, with silky tannins and a persistent finish. The alcohol content is between 13-13.5° vol. It is aged in oak barriques for about 12 months, after vinification with spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats and malolactic completion. Serve at 16-18°C in a Bourgogne glass, ideal with white meats and aged cheeses.
