Made exclusively from Rossese di Dolceacqua grapes, it has a clear ruby color and a delicate aroma of rose, violet, and red fruits. On the palate, it is dry, soft, and persistent, ideal with light dishes and cheeses. Aged in steel to preserve its freshness, it is perfect to serve between 16-18°C.
