Intense notes of wild berries, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and toasted hints.
Taste
Soft, velvety, balanced, with refined tannins and a long, fruity finish.
Alcohol content
14.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large wine glass, Bordeaux type.
Pairings
Ideal with red meats, roasts, game, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
Refinement
12-18 months in oak barrels, followed by a period in the bottle.
Vinification
Selected grapes ferment, then the wine undergoes a second fermentation on Amarone pomace (Ripasso technique).
16-18°C.
