VINEYARDS AND PRODUCTION AREA Vineyards of new and old plant located between Lazio and Tuscany at an altitude between 200 and 400 meters s.l.m. in areas that enjoy particular microclimatic conditions. Sandy-clayey soils of volcanic origin in the Lazio areas and of the calcareous-clayey type of alluvial origin in the Tuscan ones.
PLANT DENSITY Average density of 5,000 plants per hectare with yields ranging from 80 to 90 q.li / ha.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is elegant, fruity-floral with notes of pear and flowers of acacia and mineral. The taste is dry, fresh, intense and persistent, full-bodied and with a pleasantly creamy aftertaste.
VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested well between the end of August and the first week of September. The harvested grapes are immediately refilled at 5-6 ° and pressed.
