A lovely, vivid amber color, enlivened by a very fine and persistent pearl. The pleasant and attractive visual impact leaves room for aromas that immediately intoxicate and attack. An intense crust of bread, which, almost to finish, deceives. Subsequently, vivid and intense spicy notes emerge, ranging from black pepper to cinnamon and a surprising wild rose at the end blends in and completes the complexity perceived on the nose. What we do not expect, however, is a harmonious wine that stands out for its freshness and persistence. Enveloping, until the last sip it leaves in the mouth what is perceived in the nose and with balance it closes in an extension with pleasant implications, difficult to forget.
