Elegant aroma of apple, pear, white flowers, and almond. Dry, fresh, harmonious, with good structure and mineral persistence (13.5% vol.). Serve at 10-12℃ in a white wine glass. Great with appetizers, fish, and white meats. Aged in stainless steel.
