Javillier Volnay 1er Cru Caillerets is a still French red wine from Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. It features a bright ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of red berries, violet, and spices. The palate is refined, silky, with fine tannins and a long finish. With 13.5% vol., it is aged in French oak. Excellent with white meats and cheeses, served at 16-18°C in large Burgundy glasses.
