13.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Large Burgundy glass, ideal for enhancing complex aromas.
Pairings
Grilled or roasted red meats, noble game, mushrooms, truffles, and aged cheeses.
Refinement
Approx. 12-18 months in French oak barriques and further months in bottle.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation and barrique aging.
