Gaja Sori' Tildin 1999, Langhe Rosso DOC, from Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes. Ruby-garnet, offers complex aromas of red fruits, spices, undergrowth. Powerful yet silky on the palate, with a long finish. Perfect with roasts.

Intense ruby red with evolved garnet reflections
Bouquet
Complex and elegant bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, violet, sweet spices, licorice, and tertiary hints of undergrowth.
Taste
Powerful yet refined palate with silky tannins and excellent structure. Forest fruits, spices, and a long, harmonious, persistent finish.
Alcohol content
14% vol.
Type of glass
Large, balloon-shaped glass, ideal for important and structured red wines.
Pairings
Roasted red meats, noble game, aged cheeses, truffle dishes.
Refinement
In oak barriques for 12 months, followed by further bottle aging.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with long maceration. Subsequent malolactic fermentation.
