Gaja Barbaresco 2015, from Italy's Piedmont, is a dry red wine made of 100% Nebbiolo. It displays an intense garnet red color, offering a complex bouquet of red fruits, rose, and spices on the nose. On the palate, it is structured, velvety, with noble tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in barrique and large casks, it's ideal with meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20℃.
