The Gaja Alteni Di Brassica 2021 is an exceptional Piedmontese white wine, predominantly made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It presents a straw-yellow color and offers a complex aroma of citrus, exotic fruits, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and elegant, with excellent structure and a persistent finish. Aged partly in barrique and steel, it is ideal with fish and white meats.
