I Castelari - Piave Cabernet is an excellent dry red wine from the Veneto region, Italy. Primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it presents an intense ruby red color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits and herbaceous notes, while on the palate it is dry, full-bodied, and harmonious, with an alcohol content of 13% vol. It is ideally served at 16-18℃ in a large glass, pairing wonderfully with roasts and aged cheeses. Aging in steel and partly in oak enhances its structure.
