The Graziano Fontana Riserva Metodo Classico is an excellent Italian sparkling wine from Lombardy. Produced mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, it ages over 60 months on its lees, developing a brilliant yellow color and a very fine perlage. It offers notes of bread crust, dried fruit, and honey, while on the palate it is structured, fresh, and savory, with remarkable persistence. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes.
