Barolo San Giovanni 1997 is a dry red wine from Piedmont, 100% Nebbiolo. Garnet color with orange reflections, ethereal bouquet of rose and tar, powerful and persistent taste. Aged in oak and bottle, it's ideal with red meats and cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.

Refinement
Minimum 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels or barriques, followed by long bottle aging for over 20 years.
Vinification
Maceration on skins for 15-20 days at controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation in steel.
