The Gaja Langhe Alteni di Brassica 2022 is an excellent dry white wine from Piedmont, produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and complex, offering notes of elderflower, sage, citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, savory and structured, with pleasant acidity and an elegant persistence. It ages in stainless steel and in bottle after controlled fermentation. Perfect at 10-12℃ with seafood or white meats.
