Clean and bright ruby red color. Vinous, slightly fruity, with notes of black cherry and violet on the nose. Dry, tasty, slightly tannic, it has great balance, body and a good aromatic persistence.

Pairings: First courses of local cuisine, such as pici -homemade spaghetti with water, flour and salt, white meats and poultry in general, especially if they are cooked without overly aromatic sauces and fresh or soft cheeses.
