Dornach Cecile Rosso by Patrick Uccelli is a natural red wine that embodies passion and respect for the Alto Adige territory. Made from Schiava and Lagrein, it presents a brilliant ruby red color. The nose offers a bouquet of red berries, cherry, earthy hints, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, with vibrant acidity and soft tannins that make it light and pleasant. Aged in stainless steel and large used barrels, it is ideal with cured meats and white meats, served at 14-16°C.
