Colour

Intense golden yellow with amber reflections, typical of long maceration. Clear but not brilliant due to non-filtration.

Bouquet

Complex and aromatic bouquet of dried apricot, hay, honey, medicinal herbs, candied citrus, and mineral hints. Great depth.

Taste

Full-bodied, dry, and savory. Excellent tannic structure, remarkable freshness, and a long, mineral, persistent finish. Great balance.

Large glass for structured white wines or Burgundy, to enhance complex aromas and promote oxygenation.

Pairings

Approx. 24-36 months in large oak barrels (20-30 hl), followed by a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Long evolution in the cellar.
