Bouquet
Intense and complex, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, bread crust, and floral hints.
Taste
Fresh, savory, and harmonious. Excellent structure, elegant persistence, and pleasant minerality.
Alcohol content
12.5% vol.

Flute or Sparkling Wine Glass.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with fish appetizers, raw seafood, crustaceans, and fresh cheeses.
Refinement
On lees for at least 36 months.
Vinification
Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, second fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method.
