Costadilà Mosca is a natural Glera frizzante from Veneto. Turbid straw yellow, it smells of bread and apple. The palate is fresh, dry, savory, and lively. Aged on lees in the bottle, it pairs with aperitifs and light dishes. Serve at 6-8°C.

Fresh, dry, and savory, with a lively and persistent effervescence. Mineral and pleasantly fruity finish.

Medium-sized white wine glass or flute. Avoid overly narrow coupes.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with light appetizers, raw fish, mixed fried dishes, fresh cured meats, fresh cheeses, and pizza.
Refinement
On its lees in the bottle for a variable period, without disgorgement, according to the traditional Col Fondo method.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Natural re-fermentation in the bottle with its own sediment (col fondo). Unfiltered.
