Chateau Latour 2009 is a magnificent expression from the Bordeaux region of Pauillac. This still dry red wine, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, displays an intense ruby red color. The aroma is complex, featuring notes of blackcurrant and cedar, while on the palate it is powerful and structured, with fine tannins and great persistence. Aged for 18-20 months in barriques, it's ideal with rich red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
