Garnet color of good intensity, very bright, remarkable transparency, ruby shades. Initially floral of fresh violet and iris, it reveals crisp, gourmand, bittersweet fruit: raspberry/currant, pink grapefruit skin, and red apple, white pepper and lemon thyme. Intense, tense, vibrant flavor, the same crunch that is felt in the nose is found in the mouth. Delicate tannin but at the same time palpable.

Pairings: Polenta with braised red meats, tagliatelle with duck sauce, excellent with bettelmatt.
