Cabernet grapes have been grown in Trentino for decades. The deep, fertile, silt loam soil is ideal for cultivating this variety.
The Avisio Hills produce a grape with a particularly rich colour and structure.
The ‘Storie di Vite’ Cabernet has a complex aroma of small red fruit and spicy notes. In the mouth, the body is full, smooth and velvety.

Vinification process
Manual harvesting in early October, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, static decantation of the wine for 48 hours, malolactic fermentation in fibreglass reinforced concrete tanks, aging on the lees for approximately 5/6 months (90% in concrete tanks, 10% in French oak barrels that have been used 2 or 3 times previously) before bottling.
