Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it is an intense and complex wine. The fruity note predominates, with hints of cherry (cherries or black cherries), tamarind, but also raspberries and other small berries. Read the tertiary notes of leather, coffee and licorice. In the mouth the tannin is present, but its texture is soft and gives balance and finesse to the wine.

Pairing: ideal with important first courses with meat sauces or with second courses of roasted red meats, grilled or with roasted game.
