Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet
Intense and complex, notes of ripe red fruits, jam, sweet spices, chocolate, and tobacco.
Taste
Sweet, soft, and velvety, with elegant tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish. Full-bodied and embracing.

14.5% vol.
Type of glass
Small tulip glass, dessert wine glass.
Pairings
Dry pastries, dark chocolate, blue or aged cheeses, meditation wine.
Refinement
12 months in French oak barriques and at least 12 months in bottle.
Vinification
Selected grapes dried on racks for about 2 months. Fermentation with skin contact at controlled temperature.
