Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti Pastificio “De Carolis”
- 55 g Sea urchin paté “Stefano Rocca”
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Primo “Frantoio Cutrera”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- parsley
- lemon
- salt
- 2 tablespoons roasted breadcrumbs
Put all ingredients in a pan: olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and chopped chili, Sea urchin pâté and a slice of lemon. Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes in salted water. Put 1/2 cup cooking water to the side. Drain the spaghetti. Now heat the ingredients in the pan and fry for about 20 seconds to warm thoroughly. Add the spaghetti and the boiling water. Sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs.
