At the International Exhibition of Franciacorta IFFA 2013, the salami SALAME AL BERLINGHETTO and raw ham PROSCIUTTO CRUDO SGAMBATO have been awarded the gold medal in their respective category.
The production of salami and ham is done using old, local traditions. The products do not contain gluten and lactose and are bound by hand in a natural casing.
The sausages are made by hand and individually bound. They are then allowed to mature slowly - a natural production just needs time.
Only by the typical microclimate that exists in Franciacorta, the products get their characteristic flavor and aroma.
The recipes are based on a centuries-old tradition that has proven itself over the time.
