Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Pastificio Mancini"
- 55 g of Sea urchin sauce "Stefano Rocca"
- Whole Tuna bottarga "Stefano Rocca"
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Castelluzzo
Mix the Sea urchin sauce with plenty of olive oil and the chopped parsely in a bowl.
Cook the spaghetti for about 8 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the bowl. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over it. Serve with grated Tuna bottarga.
