A delicious recipe from Angiolina
Ingredients:
- 500 g of yoghurt
- 300 g cream
- 150 g of sugar
- Soft Savoiardi (ladyfingers) "Arcodolce"
- Yellow peaches from Leonforte "Agrirape"
- 3 sheets of gelatine
Place the gelatine sheets in water for 10 minutes. Press well and then put in half a glass of warm milk.
Drain the peaches and cut them into small pieces.
Whip the cream. Then stir the yogurt with the sugar, the cream and the peaches. Now add the gelatin dissolved in milk.
Dip the Savoiardi in the peach syrup and place in a form. Add the Yogurtcreme and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
