A recipe of our French partner Ingrid!
Ingredients:
- 500 Maccheroni "Mancini"
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of San Marzano tomatoes
- 500 g fresh mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Roughly chop the onion and glaze in a pan with some olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the sliced mushrooms and the San Marzano tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook the macaroni until al dente.
Add the parsley and the pasta to the sauce, mix well.
If you prefer a creamy sauce, add 100 ml of liquid cream.
Sprinkle with plenty parmesan.
