The Caseificio Poma is located in the western part of Sicily. It is a family business that has been working for two generations in cheese production.
The milk used comes from own production. The animals are allowed to graze in pastures and are fed only corn, wheat and malt.
The cheese is made according to an ancient tradition, and according to the highest hygiene standards.
The cheese producer Poma makes ricotta, caciocavallo and caciotta without the addition of additives or preservatives.
