The Savini family deals with the collection of truffles in Tuscany. The company was founded in the 20s and continues its tradition now in its fourth generation.

Just as in the old days, the truffles are hand collected during Truffle season and traditionally processed.

In Tuscany you can find during the whole year different seasonal truffles.

From the well-known black truffle, the summer truffle, to the white Truffle "Tuber Magnatum Pico".

Almost daily, we and our Truffle hunters roam the woods of Tuscany in search of the best pieces.

Our products are made on request, so that the product is always fresh and of the highest quality.

In 2007 we found a record Truffle weighing 1.497 kilograms. This Truffle was sold for a good cause at an auction. We have obtained the highest price ever spent on a white truffle: $ 330,000
