A recipe from our customer Sonia!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g sheep ricotta "Sapori del Sud"
- 150 g of sugar
- 4 Cannoli waffles
- Marsala Florio
The ricotta has to be nicely dry. Let it therefore drain overnight in a colander. Sieve the ricotta through a strainer and mix well with the sugar. Place the cream for an hour in the refrigerator.
Take the cream from the refrigerator and pour into the cannoli. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For the cannoli variation crumble Cannoli waffles and place 2-3 tablespoons of ricotta cream on a plate with the waffles. Sprinkle with some Marsala.
