Only a few days and the first olives will be ripe.
This year we started the pressure of Frescolio earlier than the other oil mills in Italy, as we are located on the southernmost tip of Italy - everything ripens earlier and more easily here.
This year we have not only invested in new technologies, but also thought about the packaging. We have designed a new stand for 60 bottles of olive oil that will be present only in the best shops.
How to taste olive oil isthebest? Of course, on a freshly cut slice of bread. To taste the olive oil even better, this year we have added to our bottles a small bag of oregano or sea salt.
