Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g fusilli "Martelli"
- 100 g Tuna fillets in olive oil "Stefano Rocca"
- 50 g green beans in olive oil "Arconatura"
- 50 g chopped tomatoes "Masseria Dauna"
- 30 g salted ricotta "La Reggia e Formaggeria Arasi"
- onion
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Gradassi"
- salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
- pepper
Chop the onion finely and fry it in a little olive oil. Add the chopped Tuna loins, the beans and the tomato pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook the fusilli until al dente, drain and add to the sauce.
Season to taste with a little olive oil and serve with grated ricotta.
