INGREDIENTS:
- 10 dried tomatoes
- parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 400 g spaghetti
PREPARATION:
Rinse the tomatoes well and chop coarsely. Place in a pasta bowl.
Chop the parsley and garlic finely.
Fry the bread crumbs in a pan until golden brown and add them to the tomatoes in the pasta bowl.
Fry the garlic and parsley briefly in some olive oil.
Cook the pasta until al dente and fry them a little in the pan with the garlic and parsley.
Then give the pasta into the bowl with the tomatoes and mix well.
