A recipe from our colleague Danielle!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g of boiled octopus
- 2 cooked potatoes
- 10 olives Nocellara del Belice "Arconatura"
- capers "Arconatura"
- Chillies stuffed with anchovies "Campisi"
- celery
- parsley
- Chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Villa Magra dei Franci"
Cook the octopus in a vegetable broth until it is cooked. Let cool and cut into small pieces. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and add. Add the olives, capers, halved chilies filled with anchovies and diced celery.
Season with salt, pepper, chilli, garlic and parsley. Garnish with olive oil.
