Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g fusilli "Mancini Pastificio"
- 200 g red tuna "Campisi"
- 2 zucchini
- 150 g pumpkin
- salted ricotta "Sapori del Sud"
- Extra virgin olive oil from olives Taggiasca "Arconatura"
- Sale of Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
Cut the vegetables into cubes and fry in a little olive oil in a pan for 5 minutes. Then drain on some kitchen paper.
Cut the red tuna into pieces and add to the pan.
Cook the pasta for 8 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pan.
Serve with grated ricotta.
